- How do I order?
To Place Your Order:
1. Visit the homepage and select your favourite category from the top left corner. Add the products you like to your bag with just one click.
2. Click on “Shopping bag” icon on the right corner to review your selections and click on view shopping bag.
3. In shopping bag page after checking the details of products added, click on proceed to check out.
4. Ensure you enter the correct shipping details, You can either create an account/sign in or proceed as a guest.
5. Click on “Place your order and you will get a confirmation email and SMS once your order is successfully placed.
- How will I get confirmation that My Order is placed successfully?
Once your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with your order ID and details. When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you’ll also get tracking information via SMS and email.
- How will I Receive My Order?
Your order will be shipped to the address you provided. We use trusted courier services to deliver your order directly to your doorstep. All items are packed in fully sealed packages to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- What is the Shipping Policy of Radkin?
- We offer free shipping on orders above Rs.999, for below we charge flat rate Rs 100.
- We ship across all India, ensuring accessibility to our products for all.
- We process orders within 24-48 hrs.
- We ship orders from Muvattupuzha, Kerala, India
- In how many days can I expect the delivery?
The delivery duration depends on your postal address. Usually it should reach you within 3-7 working days.

Returns & Exchanges
- How can I initiate a return request?
To initiate a return or exchange, you can:

- Customer Account: Log in to your account and raise a return request through the My Account > Orders section.
Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Once your request is received, our team will process it and arrange for the return or exchange on your behalf.
- What are the terms for returns and exchanges?
- Condition of Product: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are used, torn, or altered.
- Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale are non-returnable. However, size exchanges are allowed if the required size is available.
- Size Exchanges: We accept size exchange requests once per order without any additional cost.
- Customized Orders: Customized orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Refund & Cancellation
- What are the refund policies?
- Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are applicable only for returns made within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is in original condition with tags intact. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details on return eligibility.
- Refund Processing: Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.
- Refund Credit Time: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return a product for reasons other than a defect, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
- Defective Products: If you received a defective product, we will issue a full refund, including any reverse shipping charges, without deductions.
- Missing or Delayed Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.

- What are the cancellation policies?
- Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, you can:
- Log into your account on our website and initiate the cancellation directly from the My Account > Orders section.

- Late Cancellations: Cancellations requested after 12 hours may not be accepted if the order is already in the processing or shipping stage.
- Refund for Cancellations: If your cancellation is accepted, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 1-3 working days to process the refund request.

Payment Mode
- What are the payment options?
You can pay via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, Wallets, Net Banking, Cash on Delivery.
- Is it safe to shop online if I make payment using net banking, Debit card, or Credit Card?
We use 100% trusted and secure payment gateways. It is completely safe to pay online via credit card debit card, and net banking transactions.

- Why am I not getting any COD option on the payment page?
Cash on delivery is only available for orders below rs.1500.
- What should I do if my payment fails?
Make sure you have entered the correct account details and your internet connection is not disrupted during the payment process.
If the amount has been debited after a payment failure, it will be automatically reversed by the respective bank within 48-72 business hours.
