Refund/Cancellation Policy

Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refunds: Refunds are applicable only for returns made within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is in original condition with tags intact. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details on return eligibility.

  • Refund Processing: Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund process within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is processed.

  • Refund Credit Time: Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 working days for the amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return a product for reasons other than a defect, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • Defective Products: If you received a defective product, we will issue a full refund, including any reverse shipping charges, without deductions.

  • Missing or Delayed Refunds: If you haven’t received your refund within the expected time frame:
    1. Check your bank account.
    2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
    3. If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@radkin.in

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. To request a cancellation, you can:
    1. Log into your account on our website and initiate the cancellation directly from the My Account > Orders section.
    2. Alternatively, you can contact us at support@radkin.in or via WhatsApp at +91 7907247457.

  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations requested after 12 hours may not be accepted if the order is already in the processing or shipping stage.

  • Refund for Cancellations: If your cancellation is accepted, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method. Please allow 1-3 working days to process the refund request.
