Initiating a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, you can:

  • Customer Account: Log in to your account and raise a return request through the My Account > Orders section.

Requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the product. Once your request is received, our team will process it and arrange for the return or exchange on your behalf.

Return/Exchange Pickup

After your request is processed, our team will schedule a pickup of the return or exchange within 48 hours from the time you raised the request.


Terms for Returns and Exchanges

  • Condition of Product: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags attached. We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are used, torn, or altered.
  • Sale Items: Products purchased during a sale are non-returnable. However, size exchanges are allowed if the required size is available.
  • Size Exchanges: We accept size exchange requests once per order without any additional cost.
  • Customized Orders: Customized orders are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
