6. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Policy: We currently offer domestic shipping within India. International shipping may be introduced in the future.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided as guidelines and are not guaranteed. Radkin is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier.

7. Returns and Exchanges

  • Eligibility: We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at support@radkin.in. Once approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.
  • Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after receiving the returned item. Once processed, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

8. Cancellation Policy

  • Order Cancellation: You can request an order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting us at support@radkin.in. Cancellations requested after 24 hours may not be honored.
